Owning my healing was Key!

Hi, I’m Mechelle Renee, a Faith-Based Emotional Wellness Strategist and Author helping women of faith heal in real time—emotionally, spiritually, and purposefully. I’m passionate about guiding women through the process of rediscovering who they are beyond pain, performance, or perfection.
With a Master’s degree in Business and years of experience in leadership and higher education, I understand the silent weight of being “the strong one.” My background in organizational and emotional development allows me to bridge faith, purpose, and practical healing for today’s modern woman.

Through my book, Overcome Daddy Issues, and my signature course, The Grief Healing Blueprint—crafted for strong women ready to heal on their own terms—I’m cultivating a movement where women of faith heal in real time, with more transformative books and resources to come.

In 2026, I’ll begin pursuing my Doctorate in Business, focusing on leadership, emotional intelligence, and transformational development—equipping me to help women and organizations heal, lead, and thrive with integrity and wholeness.
At the core of everything I do is a simple truth: I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2 NKJV. Let’s heal in real time, together. 💛
