Cancellation Policy

M.Renee & Company Service Policies 1. Scheduling and Appointments Booking: All coaching sessions, workshops, and programs must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our office directly. Confirmation: Clients will receive a confirmation email upon booking, including details of the scheduled service, date, time, and any necessary preparation instructions. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty, subject to availability. 2. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations: Individual Sessions: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a session without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee. Workshops and Group Programs: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start date of the workshop or program to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will incur a 50% fee. Corporate Training Programs: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date will incur a 50% fee. Refunds: Individual Sessions: Refunds are not available for completed sessions. However, if a client is dissatisfied with their session, they may contact us to discuss potential resolutions. Packages: Refunds for unused sessions in a package are available if requested within 30 days of purchase. The refund amount will be prorated based on the number of sessions used and any applicable administrative fees. Workshops and Group Programs: Full refunds are available if cancellations are made within the specified timeframe. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions without prior cancellation. Corporate Training Programs: Full refunds are available if cancellations are made within the specified timeframe. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance. 3. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the termination of service. 4. Payment Policy Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking for individual sessions and packages. Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available for certain packages and corporate training programs upon request.
